Francisco Paparella

Francisco Paparella, was born in Buenos Aires, raised in Patagonia and based in Mexico City for more than a decade now. His cinematographic, narrative, highly aesthetic style and focus on the direction of actors have allowed him to collaborate with brands such as NISSAN, VW, Nike, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Samsung among others. His piece Survivors for Save The Children won two Bronze Lions at Cannes, becoming the first film awarded in Craft Category in Mexican history. While his first feature, DITCHES premiered at Raindance Film Festival in London, Paparella's second featured film THREE BROTHERS has been awarded with the Special Jury Award at 37º Mar del Plata Film Festival in the International Competition, where he also won Best Argentinian director in All Categories. Paparella believes in approaching every project in its own unique way, leaving no room for comparison with anything else.
