“A year to Share”
Verónica von Hünefeld is an audiovisual Director, Argentinian Born, a nomad by choice. She started experimenting with acting when she was really young, being fascinated by the creation of characters and worlds. Having always been seduced by cinema, acting and storytelling she ventured to co-write, direct and represent a play in her last year of school which gave her the impulse to decide she wanted to be a film director. She studied cinema at Eliseo Subiela’s School of Cinema while she worked as an Art Assistant in commercials. Then her love for photography took her for a semester abroad to study at Central Saint Martin´s in London, a city that captivated her heart and intensified her love for city hopping. She worked many years as an assistant director, combining commercials, cinema, music videos , until she landed a job as Creative Assistant for Andy Fogwill. She began directing in 2016. Since then she has opened her own path in advertising working for some of the most creative agencies in Bs. As. And around the world, such as David (Buenos Aires, Miami, Brazil), Publicis Milan, Ponce, Y&R, Ponce, Gut, among others. Along with clients such as Coca Cola, Burger King, Schweppes, Mercado Libre, Samsung and Milka among others. Her interest are variated, and she is always on the search of a new challenge. Driven by stories, and the beauty and irony of life she has a love for documenting the freshness of reality but is also a passionate acting director and has a certain talent for comedy. Her work is very much a reflection of this hybridity.
